Personalized Book Orders: All sales of personalized books are final. Due to the custom nature of these orders, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once your order has been processed.

Standard Book Orders: You may return any non-personalized book within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. The book must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact author@courtneykonstantin.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions and the necessary details to proceed with the return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
